Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Education Consultant / Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver effective learning solutions that enhance individual and organizational performance. This role focuses on learning strategy, instructional design, training delivery, performance improvement, and educational consulting. The ideal candidate is passionate about adult learning, professional development, and creating engaging learning experiences that support continuous growth.

Key responsibilities include

Design, develop, and implement learning programs, training materials, and educational resources.

Conduct learning needs assessments and identify skill gaps across teams or organizations.

Create engaging instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning experiences.

Develop instructional content including presentations, e-learning modules, guides, assessments, and job aids.

Facilitate workshops, training sessions, webinars, and professional development programs.

Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, performance metrics, and data analysis.

Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.

Support onboarding, leadership development, career development, and continuous learning programs.

Maintain and improve learning management systems (LMS), training documentation, and educational resources.

Research emerging learning technologies, instructional methodologies, and industry best practices.

Provide educational consulting and recommendations to improve learning strategies and workforce capability.

Monitor training participation, learner engagement, and program outcomes.

Ensure learning content is accurate, accessible, inclusive, and aligned with quality standards.





Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing learning processes and training effectiveness.

Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and lifelong learning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or a related field.

Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.

Knowledge of learning and development strategies, competency frameworks, and performance improvement practices.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.

Experience creating presentations, e-learning content, training materials, and instructional resources.

Understanding of learning evaluation models and performance measurement techniques.

Excellent facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common learning or content development tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
