Evolution Early Learning is seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to join our dedicated team in Mooloolaba. This is a full-time, non-contact position where you will play a pivotal role in guiding our educational programs and supporting our educators to deliver excellence in early learning.

You will be part of our managemnet team and will support our Centre Director, Assistant Director and Administration Manager for daily centre operations.

About the Role

As the Educational Leader, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework. You will mentor and inspire our teaching team, ensuring best practices are followed and children’s learning outcomes are maximised within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, development, and ongoing evaluation of high-quality educational programs
- Provide professional guidance and mentoring to educators, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies
- Support curriculum design with a strong focus on play-based learning and sustainability
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to educational programming




- Collaborate with management and families to promote best practice and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

- Diploma or Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Proven experience as an Educational Leader within an early childhood setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and child development
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about fostering creative, inclusive educational practices
- the successful candiadte must be availbale 5 days and all centre operational hours. you will be required to support centre managemnet team in centre opens and closes.
