About the Role This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of workforce suitability, personnel security and integrity frameworks across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with stakeholders across People, Risk, Legal, Fraud and Cyber functions, you will provide expert advice, strengthen governance practices and drive integrity-focused initiatives that support organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement workforce suitability and personnel security frameworks
- Provide expert advice on suitability assessments, risk management and integrity matters
- Enhance and manage pre-employment screening and workforce monitoring processes
- Support governance activities and maintain workforce risk frameworks and controls
- Prepare high-quality briefing papers, reports and decision-making documentation
- Lead complex projects and build strong relationships across stakeholder groups
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in personnel security, suitability assessments or integrity-focused roles
- Robust understanding of risk management, governance and workforce compliance frameworks
- Experience developing policies, frameworks and assessment methodologies
- Proven ability to analyse sensitive information and provide sound recommendations
- Excellent written communication skills, including briefing and report writing
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Australian Citizenship & Government experience are mandatory requirements for this position.
