SRA Solutions are going through an extraordinary period of growth and redefining the market with class-leading solutions to our customers and with this we are we are looking for an exceptional Electrical Applications Engineer or a suitably experienced individual to join our growing team. This position is based in Chipping Norton, Sydney
Accountabilities
- Provide expert technical and application support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparation of drawings, schematics and reports for customers as required.
- Provide product application support to Marketing, Sales, and Project Management teams and customers.
- Troubleshoot product and application issues, delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams.
- Assist with technical presentations, customer meetings, and field support activities as required.
- Assist in procurement and logistics
- Promote a safe working environment
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, CAD experience
- Ability to perform all duties with high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Proven ability to organise and prioritise tasks is proactive with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform & contribute within a team environment
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management & clients
- Flexibility within role being able to adjust to any given task or situation
- Australian Citizen
Desirable
- Technical Tertiary qualification
- Current AFP Police Check, NV1 clearance & DCAC, or the ability to obtain
