Electrical Apprentice – 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Residential Electrical | Solar PV & Battery$35–$40 per hour (based on experience) Greater Sydney About the Role Alpha Solar & Electrical Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an prospect for an apprentice who genuinely wants to become one of the best in the industry. Our work is approximately 95% residential solar and battery installations, with the remaining work consisting of residential electrical and service work.

You'll gain exposure to premium solar and battery systems, advanced electrical installations, and high-quality workmanship while working alongside experienced electricians. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, learns quickly, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that invests in its people. What You'll Be Doing - Residential electrical installations

- Solar PV installations
- Battery storage installations
- Inverter installation and commissioning support
- Switchboard upgrades
- Fault finding and testing
- Working safely at heights
- Delivering high-quality workmanship in customers' homes What We're Looking For - Essential Current 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice




- Experience in residential electrical work
- Current driver's licence
- White Card
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Highly Regarded
- Previous solar PV installation experience
- Battery installation experience
- Working at Heights
