High-performing applicants may be considered for early interview and host employer placement opportunities.

To be eligible for Fast-Track consideration, applicants should demonstrate:

- Completion (or near completion) of a Certificate II in Electrotechnology
- Industry exposure (work experience, labouring, trade assistant roles)
- Solid attendance and reliability history
- A clear commitment to completing a 4-year apprenticeship

If you believe you meet the above, outline this clearly in your application. To Be Competitive for Shortlisting, You Will Ideally Have:
- Certificate II in Electrotechnology (or currently completing)
- Relevant industry exposure or work experience
- Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Applicants without these may still apply, however candidates who demonstrate initiative (obtaining licences early, completing pre-apprenticeship training, gaining relevant work experience) will be prioritised. Applications are assessed on a rolling basis.
