The Role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join the team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of multiple concurrent projects across Sydney, rather than being tied to a single major project. You'll work closely with clients, builders, site teams and subcontractors to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

- Multi-story residential/ commercial developments
- Commercial fit-outs and refurbishments
- Industrial facilities
- Education and school projects
- General construction projects
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent electrical projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and lead site teams, including Supervisors and Leading Hands
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and project procurement
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting
- Prepare and manage variations
- Procure materials and coordinate project programmes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, consultants and end clients
- Manage ongoing service and maintenance workflows following project completion
- Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards, WHS legislation and company safety procedures
- Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional client service
About You
- Electrical trade background (preferred) or relevant Engineering qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager (5 If not from Electrical Trade Background)
- Experience delivering commercial electrical projects
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgets and cost control
- Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
