DCI Group are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor in our Karratha Offices with a focus on safety, quality and Productivity.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

- Previous experience as Electrical Supervisor.




- Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical supervision experience is required.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position within electrical environment
- Experience must be specifically within the mining/resources industry.
- Experience leading and inspiring a diverse team in a fast paced environment
- Proven experience leading teams of 5-10 people is essential.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to a continuous improvement philosophy
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
