This is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne, VIC. You'll carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial construction sites, including power, lighting, and renewable energy systems — while collaborating with site supervisors and builders to deliver high-quality, on-time projects.
A-Grade Electricians
Take the lead on installations, maintenance, and repairs across residential and commercial sites, including renewable energy systems. You'll work across a variety of projects, giving you the chance to build your skills rather than being boxed into one type of work.
Apprentices
Kickstart your career with a company that will genuinely invest in your development. You'll support licensed tradespeople, assist with installations, learn to read plans and wiring diagrams, and complete your training requirements under real supervision on active construction sites.
Excavator Operator
Perform secure and efficient earthmoving, trenching,
and site preparation for electrical and infrastructure works. You'll play a key role supporting our civils and underground power projects across Victoria.
What We're Looking For
A-Grade Electricians:
Relevant electrical trade qualification and current electrical licence/registration (where required)
Experience in residential or commercial construction
Strong understanding of AS/NZS electrical standards and safety practices
Excavator Operators
Proven experience operating excavators and related earthmoving equipment
Valid plant operator tickets/licences
Strong focus on site safety and ability to read basic site plans and set-out instructions
Apprentices
Enrolled or willing to enrol in an electrical apprenticeship
Genuine interest in electrical and renewable energy work
Basic hand tool skills and willingness to learn under supervision on-site
Across all roles, we're looking for:
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and site plans, and sound knowledge of OH&S; requirements, SWMS, and lockout/tagout procedures
Interest or experience in solar, battery storage, home automation, and smart technologies — and a willingness to upskill further
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Effective communication with supervisors and builders
Attention to detail in both workmanship and documentation

If you're looking for more than just a job — a career with a company that backs its people, invests in growth, and has a trusted name across Victoria — we'd love to hear from you.
