Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per month

- Create personalized career plans and coach participants to build skills and confidence.
- Link participants with training, health, and community supports for long-term success.
- Build strong local networks to open more doors for jobseekers.What you’ll bring- Great communication as someone who can build trust and lasting relationships.
- Organised multitasking skills as someone who can keep on top of plans, records, and deadlines.
- Good team player skills who work well with employers, colleagues, and community partners.(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry,



we’ll help guide you through this.)- Experience in a customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
