You are a Chartered Structural Engineer with robust timber engineering knowledge and experience, ready to step into a leadership role managing a team of engineers.

About you:

- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with current CPEng / Chartered status.
- Strong knowledge and experience in timber engineering.
- Proven ability to lead, manage and support a team of engineers.
- Confident engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, including clients, industry professionals and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

What you will be doing:

- Leading and managing a team of engineers delivering technical solutions to clients.
- Providing professional advice, inspections and reports as required.
- Engaging with industry stakeholders to represent your employer professionally.




- Contributing to best-practice standards and continuous improvement.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure quality outcomes for clients.
