Key Responsibilities Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming

Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation

Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition

Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds

Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase,

Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn
