We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a major data migration and transformation program within a large enterprise organisation. This role will play a critical part in ensuring quality delivery across enterprise data modernisation, reporting, analytics, and governance initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a strategic transformation program focused on building a scalable, secure, and future-ready data environment, working across multiple workstreams including data migration, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, governance, and technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data migration and transformation initiative.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Oversee both discovery and execution phases to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive vendor and delivery partner performance against agreed objectives and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and communication frameworks.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and project dependencies.

About You

You will bring strong experience as a Project Manager working across complex, multi-stream projects, with the ability to manage vendors, stakeholders, project governance, delivery teams, and competing priorities within large enterprise environments.

Essential Experience





- Proven experience delivering large-scale data, technology, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong project management expertise across the full project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success managing third-party vendors and external delivery partners. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience managing governance, financials, risks, and reporting.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.L
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex organisational environments.

Highly Regarded

- Experience delivering enterprise-scale data migration, modernisation, or transformation programs.
- Robust understanding of modern data platforms, cloud data architectures, and enterprise analytics environments.
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory and Data Engineering
- Experience leading projects involving enterprise reporting, business intelligence, and analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience working within highly regulated or sensitive data environments.
