We're seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join a critical transformation program within the health sector.
This is a hands-on contract opportunity where you'll lead the end-to-end change management workstream for the implementation of a new Clinical & Care Governance platform. Working closely with business and project stakeholders, you'll drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption across a large, enterprise-wide initiative.
About the Program
You’ll be supporting the delivery of a major technology transformation, including:
- Implementation of a new Clinical & Care Governance system.
- Migration of approximately 10,000 users to the new platform.
- Development of interfaces between key business systems.
- Supporting business readiness, adoption and transition activities.
- Decommissioning of legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all change management activities across the program.
- Develop and execute change management, communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Create high-quality change collateral, including communications,
presentations and training materials.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and business readiness activities.
- Support user adoption and organisational change throughout implementation.
- Identify and manage change risks and issues.
- Work collaboratively with program and business stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
About You
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager on enterprise transformation programs.
- A hands‑on approach to delivering organisational change.
- Previous experience supporting M&A; or business integration initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience developing change collateral, communications and training material.
- Health or aged care sector experience will be highly regarded.
