Silverchain Group seeks a Home Care Worker to support older community members in Lake Macquarie West. You will perform home help tasks and personal care to promote independence and wellbeing.

The role requires a valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own insured vehicle, with experience in community or aged care preferred. Training, CPR and First Aid courses are provided as part of the role.
