About The Role
Step into a rewarding role as a Nursing Assistant where you will bring excellent customer-facing skills and a genuine passion to deliver an exceptional service to our donors.

- Complete routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests
- Set up machines and collections equipment
- Insert and remove needles safely to collect whole blood, plasma, and platelets
- Monitor donors post-donation and assist them with rebooking their next donation
- Work collaboratively to achieve collection targets
Regular regional travel is a key requirement of this role, with travel across Victoria’s East including Sale, Warragul, Leongatha, Bairnsdale, Wonthaggi, Rosebud and Benalla. Travel typically occurs once per month which includes overnight stays of 3 nights during the week (Tuesday - Friday).

- Be comfortable with needles and blood/biological materials
- Occasionally lift between 9-22.7kgs
