You'll become the Directors trusted right hand, helping drive the day-to-day operations of a rapid-paced property business while gaining exposure to development projects, sales, strategy, business growth and high-level decision making.
Every day will be different. You'll be coordinating key meetings, assisting with project launches, preparing presentations, improving business processes or supporting major client relationships. You'll be at the centre of the business and play a critical role in keeping everything running seamlessly.
Responsibilities
High-level Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director
Coordinating communication with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
Supporting the sales team and delivering an exceptional client experience
Preparing proposals, reports, presentations and business documentation
Assisting with marketing campaigns, events and project launches
Managing CRM systems, databases and business administration
Improving systems, processes and operational efficiencies
Acting as the go-to person across the business to ensure projects keep moving THE PERKS

You'll be someone who naturally takes ownership, loves staying one step ahead and enjoys making things happen.
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Property Coordinator, Sales Administrator or similar
Experience within property development, real estate, construction or a related industry is highly regarded
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
