About the Team 3 Opportunities available. These sit within the Faculty of Law and TD and support senior leaders within a complex, high-volume environment. The positions work closely with executive leadership, administrative colleagues and stakeholders across the university to maintain effective operations and a collaborative team culture.
Job purpose Provide high-level executive and administrative support to one or more senior leaders.
Coordinate activities to ensure smooth operations, including managing communications, schedules and key processes while maintaining robust working relationships. Role responsibilities Manage diaries, meetings and associated documentation, including agendas and follow-up actions
Coordinate communications and correspondence, including drafting responses and preparing reports
Arrange travel and manage related bookings, itineraries and expenses
Provide committee and administrative support, including minutes and action tracking
Support projects, events and HR-related processes in collaboration with relevant teams
Administer approvals, records, purchasing and financial processing
Build relationships and provide back-up executive support across teams. Skills, attributes and knowledge Strong organisation,
time management and problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use emerging technologies
Ability to work independently while contributing to team outcomes
Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism
Knowledge of administrative practices in complex environments.
Experience Experience providing executive support to senior staff
Experience liaising with stakeholders across organisational levels
Experience using systems for procurement, expenses and HR processes
Experience working in complex organisations.
Qualifications Degree-level qualification with relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and training Refer to the position description for more detail.
What We Offer Base Salary Range: $98,792.00 - $106,966.00 (HEW6) plus 17% superannuation (pension) The position is full time and will be made on a continuing basis.
