Key Responsibilities

- Produce a wide range of breads and baked goods

- Follow recipes and production schedules

- Maintain quality control and consistency

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards

- Assist with stock control and ordering

Requirements

- Relevant qualification in baking or at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a commercial bakery environment

- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, and baking techniques

- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in high-volume production

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and in fast-paced settings





- Strong attention to detail, hygiene standards, and ability to work effectively within a team
