We are seeking an experienced, mature-minded Experienced Barista & Café All-Rounder to join our dedicated team.

This is a key operational role for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in high standards, and seamlessly balances independent coffee execution with collaborative floor support.

The Roster & Availability (Essential Criteria)

We offer reliable, consistent hours with a structured schedule that respects your work-life balance:

- Weekly Hours: 15 to 30 hours per week (based on peak service needs).
- Work Days: Flexibility across Tuesday through Sunday (you will always receive two consecutive days off).
- Shift Times: Must be available for day trade, plus one weekend evening shift (Friday or Saturday service, concluding at approx. 8:30 PM).

- A Seasoned Coffee Practitioner: You are fast, consistent, and confident dialing in and operating commercial espresso machinery during high-volume rushes without compromising quality or extraction standards.
- Poised & Professional: You possess exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills. You treat every guest with genuine warmth, handle high-volume service with composure, and take pride in owning your work and fixing mistakes graciously.
- A Team Player & Independent Worker: You work seamlessly under the guidance of our Level 3 Leaders, communicate clearly with the team, and step up independently during key floor, prep, or register moments.




- Reliable & Grounded: Excellent attendance, spatial awareness, and pride in workplace cleanliness are non-negotiable standards for our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivering high-standard specialty coffee and beverages efficiently during busy service windows.
- Providing warm, attentive, and accurate customer service at the register and on the floor.
- Food and beverage running, table clearing, and maintaining pristine dining room presentation.
- Supporting our Level 3 Leaders in maintaining smooth shift flow and floor communication.
- Assisting with opening, closing, and restocking duties as required.

Experience & Qualifications

- Non-Negotiable: Proven, verifiable experience as a commercial Barista in a busy, fast-paced café environment.
- Non-Negotiable: Strong experience across general café operations, POS systems, and table service.
- Strong commitment to food safety and allergen-controlled environments (gluten-free knowledge is highly regarded).
- Current RSA (preferred) and unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Reliable transportation to Redland Bay (4165).
