Spade Total Gardens is seeking an experienced Landscape Gardener to join our professional team. We deliver premium residential and commercial landscape maintenance, lawn care, soft landscaping and garden improvement projects throughout the Coffs Coast.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for another experienced team member to help us deliver outstanding results for our clients.

The Role

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday (38 hours per week).

Your work will include

- Premium residential and commercial garden maintenance
- Lawn maintenance, turf care and ride-on mowing
- Pruning, hedging and detailed garden care
- Planting, mulching and soft landscaping
- Turf installation and garden renovations
- Operation of qualified landscaping equipment and machinery
- Landscape improvement and soft landscaping projects
- Working safely within a professional team environment

Every day is different, with a variety of projects across the Coffs Harbour region.

About You

You'll ideally have:

- Experience in landscape gardening or horticulture




- Experience operating industry garden & turf equipment
- Current manual driver's licence (essential)
- NSW White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- MR licence and machinery experience are advantageous but not essential.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pride in producing high-quality work
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Good communication skills
- A commitment to workplace safety

Machinery experience is highly regarded but not essential.
