As our Fuels & Energy East business continues to grow, we are inviting Expressions of Interest fromSenior Project Engineers interested in expanding their experience across the bulk storage, fuels, refining and terminal infrastructure sectors.

This is an opportunity to become part of a highly experienced team delivering solutions for some of Australia's most critical assets. You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of fuel terminals, storage facilities, refining infrastructure, brownfield modifications, asset integrity programs, capital projects and operational support activities. You'll work alongside industry experts and develop valuable experience across the full asset lifecycle, from concept and design through to procurement, construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities Establish & maintain strong, successful working relationships with our client across all levels

Prepare and administer project budgets for the successful financial management of project cash flow requirements

Understand required project outcome for both UGL and our client in terms of safety, client outcomes, budget, and time

Understand and interpret contract documents

Select, procure,



and manage subcontractors and subcontractor agreements, and manage progress and variation claims

Identify and pursue opportunities for improvement in the delivery process

Mentor Project and Graduate Engineers

Ensure compliance with all UGL HSSE policies and procedures as well as any relevant legislative requirements About You Relevant Engineering Tertiary qualifications

Minimum 5 years project delivery experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, or Power Generation industry

Project portfolio delivery experience in a brownfields Oil & Gas multidisciplinary capacity preferable Highly developed interpersonal, relationship management and conflict resolution skills, supporting your ability to effectively liaise, consult and influence a wide range of stakeholders Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels internally and externally Methodical and demonstrated ability to work independently, with discretion, to organise and prioritise demands, and handle complex tasks simultaneously, within a fast-paced setting About UGL As a member of the CIMIC Group of companies, we value diversity in our team’s backgrounds, ideas, work styles.
