Essity's Springvale site is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the RESH strategy, coaching leaders on risk reduction and compliant safety systems. You will spend significant time on the factory floor, shaping safety culture and delivering practical improvements.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will drive governance, audits (ISO 45001), incident investigations, and safety training, partnering with operations to embed a protected, healthy, high-performing environment.
