Southern Housing in Horsham is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to provide intensive support to residents, helping them sustain their tenancy and manage complex needs.

You will assess risks, develop tailored action plans, and coordinate referrals to external agencies. The role requires solid communication, negotiation and relationships with partner organisations, and a commitment to safeguarding. This is a fixed-term contract until 1 August 2027.
