Works Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Works Supervisor with a strong building, carpentry or facilities maintenance background. You will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, supervise trades and subcontractors, manage job scheduling and ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- A carpentry trade qualification or licence
- Previous supervisory experience within construction, maintenance or facilities management
- Experience coordinating trades, contractors and multiple work orders
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A current Australian driver licence

Licensed Plumber

We are seeking a qualified and licensed plumber with experience across commercial maintenance, reactive repairs and planned works. You will attend client sites throughout Canberra, diagnose faults, complete repairs and installations, and provide skilled and reliable service.

To be successful,



you will have:

- A recognised plumbing trade qualification
- A current ACT plumbing licence
- Experience in commercial maintenance and reactive plumbing
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- A current Australian driver licence

HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to complete preventative maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repairs across commercial client sites. This role would suit a technician who enjoys working independently, building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality technical solutions.
- To be successful, you will have:
- A relevant refrigeration and air-conditioning trade qualification
- A current refrigerant handling licence
- Experience servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- A current Australian driver licence
