- Conduct meticulous flight preparation: weather, NOTAMs, fuel, weight and balance, and aircraft performance.
- Uphold company SOPs, regulatory compliance, and a just culture of safety.
- Deliver a polished, discreet service to VIP clients while representing Luxaviation’s premium standards.
- Collaborate closely with flight operations, dispatch, and maintenance to ensure on‑time, mission‑ready operations.
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and international operations, maintaining professionalism under pressure.

- Available at short notice; adaptable to flexible hours and extended time away from home.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia. Minimum requirements - Total Time: 1,500 hours
- Multi‑Engine: 1,000 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- Licence: ATPL — CASA or ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
