Farm Hand – Amarinya, Jacup WA

We're looking for a motivated Farm Hand to join our team at Amarinya, a 12,350-hectare broadacre cropping aggregation located just 30 km north of Jerramungup in Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a skilled, supportive team on an award-winning property. Recognised as Farm of the Year in both 2024 and 2025, Amarinya is known for its high-performing farming operation, contemporary equipment, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Set in one of Western Australia's most scenic regions, Amarinya offers an exceptional lifestyle. The property is located close to the Fitzgerald Biosphere and is just a short drive from Bremer Bay's spectacular coastline, approximately two hours from Albany and four hours from Perth.

What we're looking for:





We're after someone with a positive, proactive attitude who is keen to build a career in cropping. The right person will be dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in broadacre cropping.

Specific experience with grain crops is required for this position.

Applicants must hold valid Australian work rights, including any current work visa.

We'd also like to see:

- Experience with broadacre machinery and spraying
- Familiarity with precision ag tools and technologies
- Positive attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude, especially around preventative maintenance
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current ChemCert, First Aid, FLT ticket, or willingness to obtain
- A current HR driver's licence or interest in gaining one
