As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Farm Assistant to join our friendly team at our Alexandra production farm.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role working across all areas of agricultural production and general farm operations.

You'll work alongside an experienced team assisting with planting, irrigation, mowing, fertilising, harvesting, machinery operation, and general farm maintenance. Every day is different, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in producing a high-quality product.

Whether you already have experience in agriculture, turf, horticulture or landscaping, or you are looking to build your career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily agricultural production activities.
- Operate tractors, mowers, harvesters, and other farm machinery.
- Assist with irrigation, fertilising, and spraying programs.
- Harvest turf and prepare orders for delivery.
- Perform general farm maintenance and upkeep.
- Assist with pasture and grazing management where required.




- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in farming, agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or a similar outdoor role is desirable.
- Experience operating tractors or farm machinery is advantageous.
- Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- A robust work ethic and willingness to learn.
