About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Mechanic Field Service Technician, for full time servicing of the Plant fleet in our dedicated service truck. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing routine maintenance and servicing for a variety of industrial equipment and machinery, including oil changes.
This is not a major breakdown/heavy repair position.

What we're looking for
- A current NSW driver’s licence (HR unrestricted essential).
- A valid White Card.
- A Heavy Vehicle/Plant Mechanic Trade Qualification.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Field Service Technician or Plant Mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of plant and equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
- Proficiency in fault-finding, diagnostics, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What you'll be doing
- Working day shift, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with overtime and Saturday work.
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on a range of plant and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair minor mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in a timely and productive manner.
- Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken and parts used.
- Comply with all relevant safety procedures and industry regulations.
- Participate in on-call duties and respond to callouts as required.
