About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is seeking an experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business performance management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting strategic decision-making, optimizing financial processes, and driving sustainable business growth.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical capabilities, commercial awareness, and leadership skills who can partner with management teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

? Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Management

- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial trends.
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
- Provide financial recommendations to senior management.

Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor key financial indicators (KPIs) and provide performance analysis.
- Develop management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial data reporting.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support financial reviews and management meetings.

Accounting & Financial Operations
- Oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies,



and regulatory requirements.
- Review financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
- Manage cash flow planning and liquidity monitoring.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls.

Business Partnership & Strategy Support
- Collaborate with leadership, operations, sales, marketing, and project teams to support business objectives.
- Provide financial analysis for new initiatives, investments, and strategic projects.
- Evaluate business opportunities and financial risks.
- Support business expansion, transformation projects, and long-term growth strategies.
- Provide guidance on financial decision-making and resource allocation.

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.
- Establish effective financial processes and best practices.
- Promote a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support finance team performance and professional development.

✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or corporate finance roles.
- Proven experience managing financial planning, reporting, and business analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.




- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or financial reporting tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
