Quinn Allan have been exclusively engaged by a leading fashion designer, manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer to appoint a Finance Manager to their team. This organisation is undergoing an exciting period of transformation, presenting a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Financial Accountant / Senior Financial Accountant to step into their first managerial role. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position offers the chance to learn from an established industry leader while developing professionally.

this organisation would suit someone who values the benefits of working closely with colleagues in an office-based workplace. This role is fully office-based, reporting directly to the CFO, and includes responsibility for three direct reports.

Working closely with the CFO and business owners, the role will oversee key aspects of the finance function including month-end reporting, treasury, statutory reporting, tax and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing month-end and year-end close processes
- Preparing budgets and forecasts
- Managing statutory reporting requirements
- Overseeing AP, AR and payroll processing
- Cash flow forecasting and analysis
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks, including currency fluctuations
- Analysing, advising on and managing financing arrangements
- Ensuring AASB and tax complianc
