We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join our team, this team supports the Property Management department. Reporting directly to our Finance Department Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic environment where you'll learn on the job and grow your admin skills into financial expertise.

Responsibilities will include; Finance Administration and Trust Accounting

Undertake preparation of daily banking (and posting)

Processing of New Leases

Setting up of New Managements

RTBA bond lodgment payments

Supporting with trust accounting when manager is on leave

Liaise with and assist other staff members in the Finance team as required to ensure all work is completed accurately and within given timeframes.

Undertake other duties as required ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within a timely manner with a professional and ethical approach To be successful you will have;

Proven experience in finance administration and experience in trust accounting.

Experience withing Property/Real Estate sector

Quick learner with ability to grasp new computer programs

Proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills
