The role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, including but not limited to:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including accurate and timely invoicing, payment allocations, reconciliations, and banking
- Monitoring and actioning all accounts emails and telephone queries while providing excellent customer service
- Working collaboratively with all departments to resolve any customer queries, billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Preparing monthly reports.
Hours: 25–30 hours per week, worked between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. The hours can be structured to suit the successful candidate, with options including school hours or 3 full days per week. The final arrangement will be agreed with the preferred candidate.

Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting (Australian based qualification).
- Minimum of 1 year local experience in an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
