We're looking for a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst (Hybrid, Entry-Level) to join our finance team.

? Key Responsibilities

Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis ?

Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations

Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes

Assist in developing financial models and business cases

Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives

Maintain accurate financial data and ensure reporting integrity

Contribute to process improvements and financial reporting automation initiatives

? Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or financial reporting tools is an advantage

Basic knowledge of financial modeling and accounting principles

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is a plus

Internship experience, university projects, or professional certifications (or progress toward CPA, CA, or CFA) are advantageous
