The Role

Advancing your career with DMA Engineers is your opportunity to be part of close-knit team of engineers and designers based in Spring Hill in inner city Brisbane, whilst developing your skills in fire engineering design and consulting.

As a fire services engineer with us, you’ll be given learning and development opportunities and have early responsibility to add value to our clients’ projects and to grow and pursue your career goals.

You’ll be exposed to a wide range of clients and projects, be able to develop your professional network, collaborate with industry design specialists, and most of all be able to contribute to your own successes. What We’re Looking For

Formal qualifications in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor’s degree minimum)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within building services

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage work across simultaneous projects

Sound knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and Relevant Australian Standards





Experience in fire services design and documentation—dry and wet fire systems

Competency in Revit and BIM platforms (e.g., Navisworks, Autodesk suite)

Excellent verbal, written communication skills, presentation and influencing skills

Proven experience in demonstrating initiative to help clients solve problems An ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

$80,000 – $90,000 per annum plus superannuation (depending on experience) Make Your Move
