Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Familiar and well-versed across diverse food & beverage settings and have flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required

Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals
