Our client is seeking a Property Claims Specialist to join their collaborative and supportive claims team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in Domestic Property, Strata or Farm Claims who is looking to broaden their experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing end-to-end Property Claims across multiple lines of business.
- Reviewing policy coverage and determining claim outcomes.
- Liaising with builders, engineers, mechanics, solicitors and other specialists.




- Negotiating liability and settlements with insureds and third parties.
- Maintaining accurate claim files and ensuring compliance with claims procedures.
- Assisting with recoveries and reconciliation of claim payments.
- Delivering fair, timely and customer-focused claim outcomes.

You’ll ideally have:

- Minimum 3 years' experience managing Property Insurance Claims.
- Exposure to Farm Claims or Strata Claims will be highly regarded.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making ability.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- RG146 qualification and/or Diploma of General Insurance (preferred but not essential).
