We're looking for a Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary Therapy Services team based at our Coolbinia hub.
About the role
As a Physiotherapist, you will:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to customers living with disability, including assessment, intervention, reporting and case management
- Empower customers to achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary Therapy Services team using the key worker model
- Provide therapy in hub, home, school and community settings
- Liaise with families and external supports including hospitals, agencies, schools and community services
- Contribute to positive customer outcomes through evidence-based and goal-focused practice
0.8 - 1.0 FTE (Part Time or Full Time)
Based at our Coolbinia hub with flexible work options
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Right to work in Australia
- Current Driver's Licence
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
