Here at Linear, we contribute to medical research by conductingworld first clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas at ourclinical trial centres in Joondalup and Nedlands. We are now looking to expand our nursing team and have multiple opportunities for both full‑time and part‑time nurses to join our team.

Your Role in Our Future

As a Research Nurse with Linear, you will work with ourhealthy clinical trial volunteers across a board range of trials balancingexcellent nursing care and participant wellbeing whilst ensuring trial specifictasks are carried out in line with study protocols.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking topivot in their nursing career as You will have the opportunity to apply yournursing experience and develop new skills whilst contributing to medicalresearch.

The role can be offered on a full‑time or part‑time basis and will include a mixture of day, afternoon and overnight shifts.

On a daily basis, you will be carrying out the followingduties;

Workas part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver study specific, clinicaltrial treatments and drug administration to patients as per legislativerequirements and company policy.

Liaisewith Senior Research Nurses, Research Physicians and study teams todevelop study specific task pads and assist with allocating resources asrequired throughout the clinic.

Workacross multiple digital platforms to collect, record and review patientdata, records and complete required study documentation.

Providesupport with training and ongoing performance of junior clinical staffcarrying out clinical duties.

Your Experience





To really success in this role you must have excellent attentionto detail, be driven by excellence, have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be able toadhere to processes. You will be diligent, adaptive, use your initiative, andenjoy a challenge.
Successful candidates must also meet the followingrequirements:

Currentlyregistered with AHPRA (with no restrictions)

Excellentinterpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patientsand healthcare professionals.

Proveninitiative, ability to work within a team, as well as autonomously,ability to handle multiple tasks with ease, high attention to detail withexcellent time management.

Goodcomputer literacy. Experience in using Google Apps, Word and Excel.
