Your mission starts here at Raytheon Australia! We are seeking a bright and energised Project Officer for our Australian Defence Air Traffic System (ADATS) Program. The Role

Supporting the Program Manager, your responsibilities will include forecasting and analysing financial performance metrics across multiple project areas, measuring, recording and analysing key program metrics, and preparing formal reporting packages to the customer on a periodic basis.



In this role you will liaise with the Commonwealth customer, with subcontractors and with senior internal stakeholders, keep the cadence for monthly and quarterly program reporting commitments, and assist the Program Manager by compiling data for analysis and performance review.

Key Responsibilities

- Program performance analysis against deliverables and forecast commitments.
- Stakeholder coordination and facilitating.
- Measurement and analysis of data and associated Commonwealth and internal Raytheon report generation.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

- Preparation of presentations and reports.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to appropriately prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Robust collaboration skills and ability to partner with other SMEs to meet objectives on time and on budget.
- Desirable: Certificate IV or Diploma in Project Management.

Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security clearance as needed. Eligibility can be found at applicants/eligibility-suitability
