Magnolia Lane's national footprint is growing and is seeking a motivated, well-presented candidate with excellent communication skills to be employed as a Finance Broker.The ideal candidate will have recently completed or is close to completing a Business, Commerce, Finance or Accounting related degree.

Remuneration will be in line with other Graduate Business/Commerce positions and dependant on location, will also include a fully maintained company vehicle, phone and laptop.

A brief outline of the role is as follows:

Position: Finance Broker

Outline:

- Analysis of financial statements to assess finance applications (training will be provided)




- Client relationship management – from application to settlement proactively driving the approval process and client relationship
- Client visits for execution of financial contracts (must hold a valid driver's licence for term of employment)
- Support directors, senior brokers and operations staff in administrative duties when required (Accurate data entry, file & CRM management, documentation, client liaison, accounting, financial analysis)
- Attend and assist with organisation of company functions
- Complete file management and follow ups (pre to post settlement)
- Opportunity to build your client portfolio and team around you in time
- National travel may be required from time to time

Requirements:

- Must have recently graduated or nearly graduated with a relevant degree (i.e. accounting, commerce or finance based)
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have excellent computer and data entry skills and ideally have previous experience using a CRM
- Must hold a valid driver's licence
