Success Tutoring Caroline Springs is looking for a mature, reliable and passionate Manager/Tutor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced teacher or tutor who enjoys working with students while also taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a tutoring centre.

We are looking for someone who is professional, organised and confident managing both educational and administrative responsibilities. If you're passionate about helping students succeed and enjoy leading a positive learning environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging English and Maths tutoring sessions to primary and secondary students.
- Oversee the daily operations of the tutoring centre.
- Manage student attendance, progress and parent communication.
- Support, mentor and supervise tutors to ensure high teaching standards.
- Assist with enrolments, assessments and class scheduling.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain a welcoming, organised and skilled learning environment.

About You





- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is essential (qualified teachers highly regarded).
- A mature, responsible and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Confident working independently and making decisions.
- Passionate about helping students build confidence and improve academically.
- Experience teaching English and/or Maths is highly desirable.
- A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
