About the Role As a Food Production Associate at Estia Health, you’ll work in our aged‑care kitchen contributing to residents’ nutrition and comfort. Your typical day includes preparing food and drinks, cleaning dishes, refreshing menus, maintaining Food Safety records, and staying active on your shift.
Responsibilities - Prep food and drinks for residents.
- Clean kitchen and dishes.
- Update menus in collaboration with residents and staff.
- Keep records under the Food Safety Program.
- Remain active and on your feet for the majority of your shift.
Qualifications - Desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
- Experience working in a kitchen (aged‑care experience preferred).
- Robust time‑management and planning skills.
- Completion of the Basic Food Handling Course.
