Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 per month

WEA Co is looking for a Vocational Trainer and Assessor to deliver accredited Foundation Skills training to adult learners across community-facing settings. You will assess LLN progress and ensure alignment with ASQA standards, working with Program Specialists to meet learner needs and industry requirements.The ideal candidate holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent and has current Foundation Skills experience, with a trauma-informed, patient approach to support
