About the Role:

At our clinic, you’ll be the face of Dental Boutique as a Patient Coordinator – a trusted advisor and treatment guide. You’ll support patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives: achieving the smile they’ve always dreamed of.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Creating a safe and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

- Clinical Coordination: manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
- Professional Communication: Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care
- Patient Care: Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently
- Collaborative: Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

- Proven sales experience – in high-touch environments such as cosmetic clinics, private healthcare, luxury retail, or wellness
