WM Gardens Pty Ltd is a growing gardening and landscaping business delivering high-quality work across the Brisbane area. We are looking for a reliable, experienced and motivated gardener/labourer to join our team.
This is a casual position with consistent full-time hours (4-5days per week through winter period, constant 5days per week through summer), with strong opportunities to grow into leadership roles as the business expands.
Key responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing, edging, and general garden maintenance
- Hedging, pruning, and detailed garden work
- Garden clean-ups and green waste removal
- Use of equipment including mowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, etc.
- Assisting with landscaping projects where required
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or a similar role
- Robust knowledge of tools and machinery (e.g. chainsaws, ride-on mowers, etc.)
- Valid driver’s licence (required)
- Experience driving with a trailer and ability to reverse a trailer (required)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised
- Confident and proactive with strong work ethic
- Leadership potential and interest in growing within the business long-term
