Contribute to projects that directly influence how frontier AI systems understand and engage with complex knowledge Who You Are Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top-tier university

Has a robust track record of research, publications, or complex technical project management

Exceptional written and verbal communicator with meticulous attention to detail

Fluent in English and currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, U.K., or Australia

Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment

Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
