Inner North Brisbane An exceptional opportunity exists for a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner to join our well-established, doctor-owned, non-corporate general practice in Brisbane's inner north.
With one of our long-standing doctors retiring, we are seeking a caring and motivated GP to take over an established patient base from day one. The retiring GP has a significant women's health and family medicine patient base, providing an excellent opportunity for a doctor with an interest in these areas while continuing to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
The successful applicant will commence in January 2027, with the opportunity to undertake sessional work prior to commencement to facilitate a smooth transition of patient care. This is an outstanding opportunity to walk into a busy practice with excellent earning potential and the support of a highly experienced team.
What we offer
- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday & every 2nd Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Approximately five Saturday morning sessions per year (8:00am – 12:00pm) on a shared roster
- Commencement January 2027, with versatile sessional opportunities available prior to transition

About You
You will
- Be a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner
- Be eligible for a Medicare Provider Number
- Be able to practise independently without supervision
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, your own Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Be committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
