We are currently looking for an AssistantManager to support, mentor and inspire our fabulous team at our Salisbury Plain branch. Working closely with your Branch Manager, you'll lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service and operational support.

Job Description

Ensuring customers receive the best possible service.

Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and key stakeholders.

Provide leadershipand trainingto create an inclusive and harmonious work culture.

Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a solid WH&S; culture.

Workclosely alongside the team andBranch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence





Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us

Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team desirable

Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
