About the role

Our eDiscovery team combines deep technical knowledge and experience with cutting-edge technology to provide our clients with the latest in technology-enabled legal service delivery. Fully integrated with our legal and Advanced Solutions teams, our eDiscovery team provides defensible and cost-efficient reviews and production to clients throughout the global network using the latest eDiscovery tools, big data, and AI-driven technologies.

As a result of continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Senior Analyst to be responsible for supporting the delivery of legal technology and eDiscovery services across litigation, regulatory investigations, disputes, corporate transactions, cyber incidents, and internal investigations. You will assist with discrete components of matters and support multiple matters during any given period, utilising a range of eDiscovery applications including Relativity, Reveal, Canopy and Nuix Workstation.

Working as part of a national and international team, the role combines technology, project management, and client service skills to deliver high-quality, defensible and cost-effective outcomes for clients and legal teams.



The successful candidate will work with leading eDiscovery and analytics platforms, including AI-enabled review technologies, and will report to one of our eDiscovery Managers.

You will collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders and team members, contributing as a member of the global eDiscovery team and training junior members on eDiscovery tasks and workflows.

About you

- Minimum of 3 years eDiscovery experience working in a professional services firm, law firm or government agency
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues that arise during a project
- Good understanding of, and experience using, eDiscovery applications such as Relativity, Reveal, Canopy and Nuix Discover
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, solutions focused environment with strict and short deadlines. Ability to assess, prioritise and where appropriate delegate requests
- Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner
- Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to develop quality assurance practices into all facets of work
- A general understanding of document processing and evidence handling workflows
